Hey there beauties! There are so many definitions for success. For some, success could mean being happy in whatever it is that you do. And for others, it is tied to income or status, or even it could mean helping others.

Whatever your definition is, there is one thing that is vital in order to achieve your level of success. You need to surround yourself and associate with people that think the same way as you do, because when you spend a lot of time with people, you start to emulate their characteristics – so pick the ones that think like you do, that have similar goals and most importantly, people that will lift you up rather than tear you down or drain your energy!

As we go through life, it’s easy to get caught up in the status quo. You start to believe that average is acceptable and that since others are settling, then it’s ok to do the same. As soon as you notice this start to happen, remind yourself to get up, get out, and do something that you enjoy in order to shift that mindset.

Many people don't know this, but gratitude is the most powerful tool for staying motivated, no matter what's going on. Gratitude helps you change your current mental state in just a few seconds (from negative to positive).

Over the past year, Slick Chicks has grown as a company and in turn experienced success. We have worked long and hard to get to this point and are very pleased to see the fruits of our labor. Our dreams are coming to fruition and we are so excited to see what the future holds for Slick Chicks.

The truth is, Slick Chicks has come a long way. It all began with a young girl's dream to make getting dressed, a daily task for everyone, a bit easier. That simple idea has evolved into a thriving business known for empowering and supporting people of all backgrounds and abilities.

However, none of the success Slick Chicks has seen or experienced would have been possible without the love and support of YOU, our loyal customers and others who believed in the potential of Slick Chicks. That is why we decided to dedicate this blog to all of you.

We know that it is because of our supporters that we get to continue empowering people everywhere to embrace their own beautiful bodies and individuality. It is said that life is to be filled with amazing memories, amazing people, and fear; the kind that forces you to push your way through to become stronger, more confident, and more successful. Slick Chicks has experienced it all but wouldn’t change a single second. It has been a crazy adventure and we know this is just the beginning! Our future is so bright, and we know the possibilities are endless.
